Purpose

Our mission is to support learners and clients in using, improving, and engaging with the Kinyarwanda language through education and professional services.

Services

• Online and physical Kinyarwanda language classes
• Private tutoring and group coaching
• Translation, interpretation, and subtitling services
• Voice-over and transcription
• Local aide services in Rwanda (for those abroad)

Code of Conduct

• Treat others with respect and courtesy
• Use the platform and services for lawful, respectful purposes
• Refrain from abusive, harmful, or offensive language

Payments & Refunds

• All paid services must be confirmed with full or partial payment as agreed
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• No refunds will be issued for completed work

Legal & Compliance

We do not engage in work that involves illegal activities under the laws of Rwanda. If we discover that your request includes or supports any illegal actions, we will terminate the service immediately with no obligation for refund. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with local and international laws.

Intellectual Property

All original content created by Ijwi Language Collective (videos, PDFs, lesson materials) is protected and may not be reused or resold without written permission.

Privacy

We collect only essential information to deliver services. Your personal details will never be sold or shared without your consent.

Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically. We will notify users of significant changes.
