At Ijwi Language Collective, we are committed to providing high-quality language and cultural services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, balancing our commitment to service quality with the operational costs of our personalized services.
1. Kinyarwanda Learning
a. Online Course Subscription:
- A full refund is available for any online course subscription if requested within 14 days of the initial payment, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.
- After 14 days or 25% course completion, subscriptions are non-refundable.
b. Private & Weekend Group Classes:
- A full refund can be issued if a class is canceled by Ijwi Language Collective.
- If a student cancels a private class with at least 24 hours notice, the session can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable and will be charged.
- For Weekend Group Classes, a refund of 80% is available if you cancel up to 7 days before the intake start date. No refunds will be issued once the class intake has commenced.
2. Translation & Interpretation
- For translation projects, a refund is not possible once work has commenced. We offer revisions and corrections to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
- For interpretation services, a refund of 90% is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.
3. Other Services (e.g., Local Aide & Support)
- Refunds for our Local Aide & Support services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
- Service fees for completed work are non-refundable.

- Your full name
- The service or plan you purchased
- Date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
